Returns and refund policy

If for some reason you wish to return the product, please contact us by email first within 10 working days of purchase at urbanholistic@yahoo.com making a note of your order number, your details including receipt and documentation, if possible and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the reason why. Once we have received your email, we will contact you directly with further instructions. We are unable to issue any request if you have not emailed us first.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or any seals are broken.

We will issue a replacement product or a full refund for the wrong item being dispatched by us (once after we receive the returned product). We will refund you for postage and packaging charges incurred.

All returns must reach us by 25 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened. The original packaging and labelling must still be attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When we receive your returned item, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received it. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund as soon as we have reviewed your reason and documentation.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be transferred to your credit card.If a refund is deemed necessary, we can only refund the debit/credit card which was used originally for purchase.

Delivery

All products are shipped from our salon within 3 business days. When an order is placed on business days, it is usually delivered within 3-5 business days. An Post deliver our mail to the Republic of Ireland. All our post is registered, which means that it should reach you in perfect condition. For more information about delivery please contact your local An Post Office.

Please allow 3-5 working days delivery time. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address, and include your Eircode. URBAN Holistic can’t be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
