We understand that plans change, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Missed appointments and late cancellations not only mean lost revenue for us, but a lost opportunity for someone who might have been able to use your appointment time.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 083 382 8818 please leave a message if you don’t reach us. This custom of courtesy is essential. It allows for the best possible accommodation to be given to you and to all URBAN Holistic clients, all of the time. Please arrive on time for your appointment, so someone else doesn’t have to wait for their appointment, or you don’t lose yours. When we send you a payment request 24 hours prior to your appointment please do pay, because this will give us a confirmation that you are coming to your appointment. We know life gets busy. Therefore, as a courtesy, we do send you an email 48 hours in advance to remind you of upcoming appointments. Please make sure your contact information is correct and current.

Buying from our web shop

URBAN Holistic sells all the products that are used in our own boutique. Concentrated and very active skin care products, they work most successfully when matched specifically to your skin’s individual needs and used according to specific instructions. If you have never received a facial or treatment from URBAN Holistic (and therefor have also not received specific recommendations, education or instructions) you are welcome to purchase products but you might not get the results you are looking for.

We love to help you with your new skincare product and create a beautiful, harmonious skin care for you. Sometimes, all it takes is a tiny adjustment for everything to align well, and then you will feel and see the difference and start to like and enjoy your skin and your regime.
